Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
